Kate Brown Georgallas

Kate was born in PEI, grew up in New Brunswick, and now lives in Nova Scotia making her an all-round Maritimer. She has degrees from the University of Ottawa and NSCAD University. Her work has appeared in both solo and group shows across the Maritimes and in galleries in both the United States and abroad.

Kate has enjoyed teaching for the last 30 years as a member of the STFX Art Department in Antigonish, N.S., and has taught many short courses in printmaking and painting across the province.
